Can anyone recommend somewhere that reviews monitors that would be good for image editing?

Anandtech has a lot of in depth monitor reviews. Your best bet is probably to do a Google search for any monitor you are interested in. Keep in mind most monitor reviews are oriented towards gamers rather than photographers.

Checkout shootsmarter.com. They regularly review monitors.

Look at what B&H offers - many specify whether or not they would work for photo editing.

Check out this site, http://www.flatpanels.dk/panels.php and type 's-ips' into the search field. S-IPS panels are one major component of what makes a monitor useful for photo editing. Beyond that, make sure it has a full range of user adjustable controls (DDC/CI) to allow for proper calibration.

I have posted on colorwiki.com a few reviews on select monitors we've tested in house. (Not actually reviews really - more like my personal notes on what results we actually got using these displays vs. what the marketing hype says.)
There are also two newsletter articles giving a readable overview of how these modern LCDs are made and what to look for / look out for when buying. http://www.colorwiki.com/wiki/Monitors_Part_One
