I would be interested in what is thought about Breathing Colors Canvas if you have had good results from this canvas or opinion. The Glamour II Veneer that they offer for coating canvas if you have used this product. Doing some sopping to purchase some more canvas and come across this that sounds pretyy good but would like to hear from others. Using the Epson PremierArt Water resistant canvas right now that is now called the Epson Premium Canvas Satin. Have used the Sunset Select Matte Canvas before but feel that the Epson gives a little better detail and color.

Have you tried the Hahnemuhle canvases? I've found I like their Monet and Daguerre canvases better than the Epson. That doesn't answer you question about the Breathing Colors canvas but it seems like you might be open to trying others based on your comments.

Breathing Color Chromata is my favorite canvas (I've used lots of others). The sharpness, color saturation and dmax are excellent (with custom profiles I made).
BC's Glamour II veneer is excellent also, on all types of canvas.
I almost always use Chromata for my clients' work, too... more about my use of this canvas and other substrates at http://www.coalsoneditions.com

I use Breathing Color and like it, although the only other canvas I have tried is Epson. I like the gloss that you get with the Glamour II coating, although application can be a bit tricky. They also sell a matte coating. I've had a tendency to over apply with the roller and have moved to spraying the veneer. Their web site provides a lot of help and I have found them very good to work with.

Larry, good point about applying the Glamour; it's definitely not easy with the roller.
I bought an HVLP also but don't have a proper place to set up a spray booth... so I keep using the roller. It's hit and miss... multiple coatings makes a smoother finish but it takes a long time and a lot of work.
I like the matte version of Glamour a lot, too... some of the best results I've gotten were from a 50-50 mix of matte and gloss.
The improvement that Glamour adds to the final appearance of the printed image is impressive. And the prints become super-durable. Great stuff!
