I'd been asked to post more fox pics with kits, so here's one taken at the same roadside location in Jackson Hole. unfortunately, tails and a partial foot are out of the frame. Thanks for your interest.

Really nice interaction. You already pointed out the nits, but sometimes you have to act pretty fast.

Hi Roger,

Cute interaction - I just love foxes and add in some kits and it's hard to go wrong!

A shame about the feet and tail but Dan had it right when he said "sometimes you have to act pretty fast."...

Cheers...thanks for sharing this...

Oh, I could never tire of seeing fox kits. Looks like they are begging for food here? Love the poses/interaction and the lush grass surrounding them.

This kind of interaction can really make the photo. Too bad about the feet and tail. Do you have enough pixels to crop this to more around the faces and just part of the body? That might work to make the cut off parts look less accidental. I do really love the interaction.

I like how the young are checking to see if the parent is bringing food!

Great shot Roger! I too have pictures of these very same foxes in 2008. It was an amazing experience being able to watch these animals up close for hours on end. Its also fun to see pictures that we could have shot at the exact same time, but turn out different and our own.
