I'm a little late to the Zion party. Hope you don't mind if I post this.

Really nice light and reflection. What I really like is the lines seemingly radiating in from the corners into the composition.

I certainly don't mind the post. I love seeing images of what I think is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Very calm.

Wonderful comp, great light and reflections. Seems a tad flat, but that could be this monitor at work too.

Nice capture.

Great composition, but it seems a bit flat on my monitor as well.. Right around the trees, seems like it could use a bump in contrast a bit.. But thats very minor.

I think that the stillness of the pool next to the movement of the river works real well. I also think the comp/perspective works excellent in leading the eye through the scene. The reflection is great, and my favorite part of this very nice image.

Nice comp and lighting. The reflection looks nice too. I could see how others might say this is flat but I think it's fine as is. A slight saturation boos might provide a little more pop on the other hand.

I think the Zion party is pretty much 24/7 here, so you're right on time. The calm waters and the reflection are a real bonus in this one. I could maybe darkening the brighter tones in the upper "V" to better keep the eye in the frame.

Based on some of the comments, I went in a burned down the left wall to provide some contrast. Curious if it's too much.

I know this stretch of The Narrows well. One of my personal favorite compositions from The Narrows was taken from a spot just a little downstream from the vantage point you chose, just the other side of the rocks on the left. I really like your composition which includes the calm water and reflection in the foreground. The adjustment you made in the repost does help the cottonwoods stand out a little more against the left wall. For me this wasn't so much of an issue though. My critique is that the upper edge of the left wall blends into the wall in the background. It looks to me like you burned down just the shadows on the left wall in the repost. I'd suggest burning down the highlights also, or even instead of the shadows.
