Swan on Ice

This photo was taken about a month ago on a local pond. This lone swan was just sitting at the edge of the water, and I never did see a mate. What do you think of this photo? Comments and critiques are much appreciated! Thanks!

Nice exposure on the whites here Cam. I'd like to see a little more room on the bottom if you have it, and it could do with brightening up a bit more.
Nice to see a swan just sat on the ice like that.

Nice mood here. Would like to see the head/neck area a little brighter and wonder about just a touch of CCW rotation. I like the patterns in the snow and it looks like you have excellent detail in those whites. Sharon

Cam,
I really like this composition with the swan sitting on the ice. Very nice the background.
If this were mine, I'd add a little bit room at the bottom.

Cam,

I like how the swan is resting on the ice and the pose too. I might add some room on the bottom and lighten this a wee bit if this were mine. I think those minor changes would give you a stronger image.

I like this very unique white on white, and the moody feel of this photo Cam. I agree with the others about a little more room on the bottom, but in regards to lightening it, I would maybe just a touch , but not much as it won't take much to get the whites on the swans back too hot, and too bright and it will lose that moody feel IMHO.
