Inks Lake SP, Llano County, Texas

More from the Hill Country. Typical of the terrain in this part of the state and especially nice in the spring. All comments welcome.>=))>

I like the different elements here, but this seems a bit over-exposed on my monitor. A bit darker color would add more intensity to the colors, I think.

I mean this as a compliment: this is the epitome of a Hill Country scene in my eyes. The Bluebonnets, the Yucca, and the light green leaves of spring (probably mesquite trees) are three things that come to mind to me when I think about spring in the Hill Country. When I saw this I knew this was from one of two places (there is a scene very similar to this on the Willow City Loop as well). Very nice.

Very nice variety of plant life and nicely composed. I really like the various shades of green and the way the flowers pop.

Very well composed, Bill. I agree with Tony about darkening down the image a little.

You are so fortunate to have such wonderful wildflower displays there, Bill. I'm really enjoying the series.

Lovely colors, textures, and shapes. I agree
with Tony on the possibility of it being a bit
overexposed--at least on my monitor. Nevertheless,
it's an incredible image.

I ditto Tony on the bit too bright on my monitor too. I really like the comp and think you have captured another wonderful scene from spring down there. Excellent!
