Kaua'i. Canon 5DII. 24-105. ISO 100. f/19. 3 exposures blended manually.

The LARGER VERSION is much better on this one. Thanks for looking. C&C appreciated as always.

Tremendous colors here, Doug. It would feel off-balance without those nice stones catching the glow. Nice work.

Gorgeous color Doug. I like the reflection and the subtle detail under water as well.

Seascapes don't get much better than this (and you were in Kaua'i so I'm sure that was an added bonus ). Nice colors indeed.

Doug,

Beautiful seascape! I think those rocks in the foreground pool really make the composition. And even beyond that I love how you have both a reflection in the pool as well as some detail beneath the surface. That is so cool. And the way that rock in the LRC corner is catching the light does really balance nicely with the rising sun. Great capture.

Gorgeous sunrise with a great composition. I find the large version a little over-sharpened. but that is pretty dang minor. Very well done.

Stunning image! I really like the dramatic sky and its colorful reflection. The rocks provide a good foreground and lead viewers to the sky.

Awesome Doug. The smaller version just doesn't do this one justice. Great fg and the detail in the waves of the larger version are really nice. :toast:
