Hey everybody,

I'm currently out in Colorado... Here's one from Mt. Evans last night! Had a great time with the Mountain Goats and Bighorn Sheep. It was a great day.

Double processed single exposure at 1.6 sec, f/22, ISO 100, 15mm.

Thanks for looking and commenting!

Man, that granite really picks up the pink light, huh? Sweet light!

great colors and sky, Alex! I like the sense of desolation here and fg rocks(granite as floris mentioned). I find myself wanting to peak over the the rocks to see a tad more sky, though. great capture!!!

Beautiful shot, I know how hard it can be composing images up in these areas, you did a great job! :toast:

beautful sunset color, to go with an interesting Colorado foreground. Excellent exposure and processing.

Alex,

What jumped out right away for me is the echoing of the colors from the sky in the rocks - it absolutely ties the two halves together. I'm kinda with Bruno in that I'm wishing the viewpoint was a little more right where more of the sky can be seen, but I'm sure there were some composition obstacles.... Still, very nice captured, wonderful colors.

Great sky! I love how the forground boulders blance the cloud forms.
