Great Egret (Ardea alba)

This is my fourth and last post of this egret fishing (for awhile anyway!).

I find the way this bird can twist its neck quite amazing. I had never before seen an egret fishing. I found it to be quite an experience.

All comments very welcome.

EOS 7D, 400 mm f/5.6: ISO 400, 1/1000 s, f/8.0,,0 EV, 8.5 MP after cropping, NR, some exposure adjustment, sharpening.

Neat action Steve, I like the flying water droplets and that you were able to get eye contact. The image seems a little dark to me overall and I might try to lighten it some if this were mine.

Steve,
very nice fishing action you captured here. I really like the droplets and the pose with the Egret balancing on one leg. :wavey:

Steve, they are amazing acrobats and you've caught that here. I like the flying water drops, prey and lifted leg.
