Got sick of the snow and ice, so I went back and visited a folder from back in the fall. Just a nice little scene, like the colors and the contours on the rocks, hope they are coming out clearly. ISO-100, 1/8th second, f-8.0, cpl. thanks for looking and your comments are appreciated!

I believe this is the best image you've posted here (so far), Bill.
Very nicely composed, and the 'development' is spot on.
Appears to be oversharpened, but that's easily corrected. Way to go!

Nice simple comp. It really looks good in the larger version.

Wonderful detail throughout this whole scene Bill. Nice placement of the waterfall in the frame and the golden leaves add nice contrast to the rocky landscape. Well done with this one Bill, Two thumbs up.

Thank you all! Funny thing John, I've found out that the more I get it right "in camera", the easier the processing becomes afterward!!  :toast:

Nice shot Bill. I would agree with John that this is your best effort to date, at least for my tastes. Very pleasing to view and enjoy.

Nice comp Bill. I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of the FG and a touch more saturation. I like the shutter speed. :toast:

I love how this has turned out. A simple and quiet scene, which offers so much to the viewer who is willing to take time to study the image. Well done, Bill.

I like this one, Bill! I agree, the processing is the most "natural" looking of yours that I can remember. It's a nice spot and looks just as it should to my eye.
