I like the overall composition and the starling's plumage looks very good. The falling snow adds the final touch, well done.

Some birds that are classed as "common" often make good subjects. The colour pallette on a mature male in sunlight is un believable !

John, I like the pose, the perch, the falling snow, the comp. At this size it looks surprisingly sharp for being shot through the window. very nice.

I know that these are common and the species is not well liked by many but I find their plumage fascinating with the varying colors and the speckles. I love the setting you have here and the falling snow adds to the mood. Nice pose & good view of the eye. On my screen it looks a small amount oversharpened so I would reduce that some.
