Taken from trailside along Oregon's McKenzie River. A loop trail connects Sahali Falls and Koosah Falls, the latter of which is the waterfall in the background here. As always, I appreciate your feedback.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II; 3.2 sec @ f/10; 3 stop ND; 45mm; ISO 100; 24-105 f/4L; tripod, cable release.

A bit busy, but very interesting capture. Love the BG light, but wondering whether there was a better way to arrange the FG and give that BG waterfall a bit open room

Agree with Arnab that it's a bit busy, but the light is good and I do enjoy all there is to see in the frame.

Beautiful scene. Wish there was some angle/composition to show the waterfall unobstructed.
Liked the glow in the greens in left.

I agree with the comments made. Nice job on the blur of the waterfall.

Don't you just hate it when trees and shrubs grow in the way? Is the subject the tree or the waterfall. The waterfall is beautiful. I love the light on the evergreen and moss on the left but I wish it wasn't in front of the waterfall. I find the bright light on the far cliff wall a bit distracting.

I love the background light. It's a bit busy for me but it's an interesting capture.

Thanks to all for the feedback. I just wasn't going to avoid the brush without going over the side. I have another version that is cropped from the right that cuts some of the distraction and is taken with a shallower depth of field so that the background is more blurred, but I'm not as happy with it compositionally. I was hoping this would work but I had doubts and they've been verified.
