I was visiting a local park one evening when this beautiful sunset developed. It was quite beautiful to watch all the changes the clouds and colors went through as the sun set.

Panasonic DMC-FZ28. 17mm at F/5.6 for 1/250 sec. ISO 160.

That is a spectacular sky with the colors and the sweeping clouds.

Great lines in the clouds and I like the graphic quality of the foreground.

Beautiful colors. I like the comp. Just enough foreground to give a point of reference, but the real beauty is in the shape and color of the clouds.

A wonderful sky - Could I borrow it for one of my photos in need? Minimizing the FG trees was the way to go - may a little more dead space for added balance to the image? Sweeps me away.

Love the late sunset light & colors Carolyn, it's beautiful..The cloud patterns & "swirls" make it special.
I especially like the frame dominated by sky, it deserves it
Well done :toast:
