The picture was taken in April two years ago. It shows vineyards on a misty morning in the valley of the Rhine, Germany. First flowers came into blossom on the slate ground.

I like this too. The composition, patterns, colors, and light are all nice. On a personal level, I really appreciate images with good atmosphere/mood. Like this one. Do you know what kind of flowers the yellow ones are?

Interesting shot, Peter--great lines and mood! It's a close call, but i slightly prefer this with the brown strip cropped out.
