This was taken last month before I was hit by a succession of computer and camera problems from which I'm only just emerging...
Canon 7D with MP-E 65mm macro lens, f13, 1/160, ISO 100, diffused MT-24 flash, handheld.
All C+C welcomed.

A very eye-catching image thanks to the vibrant colours. I like the fairly large size of the ladybird within the frame and the water drops add an extra dimension. Pleased to here your equipment problems are hopefully behind you now.

Hi Matt,
Lovely image great detail in the subject. As already said eye catching colours and the water droplets add "sparkle" to the image. Comp is superb as the Ladybird has space to walk into.
I hope that your gear is ok now.
Glad its that time of year again so we can see more of your fantastic images.
Cheers

Great shot, Matt. I like the colours and the great sharpness, especially considering that you took this handheld!
Very well done

The detail on the back is amazing, without the glare that is often seen - presumably due to the diffusion of the flash. Beautifully done.

Hi Matt,
All superlatives have already been covered, so all I can do is agree with what has already been said, excellent work with a very special lense.
