Hi Andrea,

Good lighting, nice and clean, graphic, good colour - this one has it all! Very well done. My biggest nit is being deprived of seeing a larger version. A much smaller nit is that to me it fills just a tad tight on top....

Yes Anand , I could see more than a hunt, it was very interesting and exciting.
Yes Jagdeep Nakuru is unmistakable.
You're right Brad, next time will post also a larger version. Maybe it is just a tad tight on top but I can not do anything about it because it's a no crop, but I have other images taken with a 200-400 that alternatives to 500, I probably I will post one.

Wonderful image of the hyena Andrea,
You have to be happy with a BG as clean as this. The whole frame is lovely lightened and the one foot hanging from the hyena's mouth is a great bonus.
Love to see more of you work from Kenya.

Nice capture. I still hear the screams from the time I was in Africa and the campers next to us didn't put their food away and were sleeping in the open. One of the women opened her eyes and was staring into the eyes of a Hyena.

Wow! Great lighting, hyena on a kill, the kill itself in all it's gory glory, the flamingo's foot dangling from the hyena's mouth, the uncluttered bg.....everything about this image spells CLASS!

Stunning image and great behavioral shot. I like the light and the pose of the Hyena. Then obviously the leg dang;ing from the jaws is a bonus. I too would have liked to see a larger image. Well done Andrea.
