This is shot in south Sweden under very difficult conditions. Storm and waterdrops all over the place makes it very difficult to get a clean shot. This night i only took 2 exposures, then both myself and my equipment was all wet.

Nikon D300 Nikkor 12-24 f/4

f11 14mm 1/5s ISO250

Great drama here with the waves crashing over the rocks. I also like the extended view of the wave action. On my laptop the rocks at the sides are very dark. I would like to see some detail in those rocks.

The water makes this image, Andreas. When I first opened it, I thought the foreground water was a raging stream as that's where my eyes were first drawn. But then I saw the waves in back. Thought this was a terrific image with the water the featured attraction. It is wonderfully captured and portrayed. I like the sky, too. While I don't think the rocks detract from the image, I agree with Mark that some detail in them would help, but by no means does the lack of detail there make this a poor image. Thanks for posting this.

Your English is better than my Swedish. Like the mood here Andreas, though some will say you might have achieved more shadow detail in those rocks.
