Nice catch! I can't even get close to these birds.
Nice position and feather detail, and complimentary BG.
I bet you could bring out the eye a bit more with some selective work, even if it's downcast - as they usually are.
Fine image!

I'm also of the opinion that the eye should be more visible, that's my only nit, otherwise a very nice image.

Very nice flight shot, Suzanne. Nice detail in the harrier and great background colors. I agree with Sandy and Doug, it would be nice to see a bit more of the eye, however this is a great image as posted. Great job.

Great. These birds are so fast and erratic, I rarely even go for a flight shot. The eye not showing is a small bummer, but that's only because the bar is set so high on this website. Superb shot! :toast:

Beautiful light, Suzanne. Excellent detail in the Harrier and I like the characteristic downward gaze.

This is really nice Suzanne. I love the hunting flight position and the very nice BG. I think you could bring up the brightness on the image overall. Doing so would bring out a bit more detail in the face and eye area. In the larger version I can see the eye and a bit more light there would make a big difference I think.

Hello Suzanne

Excellent, I like the head position , searching for those little rodents.
I don't mind the eye , love the wing position and great detail.

I think a female ? Males are more grey.

Was it handheld?

Thanks for sharing.
