Very coo! Does he even have a fake "bite" on his abdomen? You have the neatest mantis species over there!

A fantastic species- Nice colors and a pleasant warm palette- I'd like to see a closer image of this subject- Very well done, Fabio

Fascinating. Amazing, really. You were able to get good separation from the background. Nevertheless, at this size, I'm not sure what is mantis and what isn't. I'd like to see a closer and/or larger version, or even a cropped version of this one for a better look at the mantis. Thanks for posting.

What a cool looking Mantis! Nice BG and tones, I too wouldn't mind a closer crop.

Thank you Eirini, Fabio, Scott, Hali
@ Eirini: Yeah it seems to have a fake bite too on its abdomen. See the cropped closeup

Good eyes, I probably wouldn't have even seen this. The close up is fascinating.

I would definitely not have seen this. Very sharp, with a nice, blurry background. The closeup/crop seems to be brighter, and I do like that.

Kedar:
Perfect camouflage. Took me a while to 'see' the mantis. Well seen and captured.
