Took some time tonight to practice with night photography. I'm interested to hear your thoughts.

Ooh, that's eerie and spooky. The clouds, colors, and the bare branches of the trees really give a Halloween type of feeling to this. I think you did well in this effort.

This has a great/spooky feel to it. I appreciate images that evoke a feeling.

The colors in the streaking sky around the moon and the bare limbs make this eerie.

Love it Cristina...really evokes an eerie mood as the others have mentioned. I'd say your experiment was a success!

I've been doing the same "moon" photography for a few months now. I haven't posted any yet...so you beat me to it!
I love the vertical silhouettes. They give quite a different look from mine...my "subjects" are usually pecan trees and pastures. Excellent ...but, then I am very biased. One of the things I love, that you captured nicely..is the unusual color of the sky...shades of pink, blue, white, and sort of rainbow hazes.

Wonderful mood piece. The cloud movement and the stark branches really bring this to life.

Cristina,
This is fantastic! I'm sorry I didn't get to this one sooner. Wonderful and eerie mood. the parting of the sky and motion in the clouds is perfect and everything comes together for a wonderfully captured moment.
Nothing to nitpick, but as an alternate suggestion you might have some room to crop from the bottom. Maybe as high as to remove the broken trunk; I think you would still have enough tree structure and mood to not change the impact much. But that's just a opinion suggestion as this image stands beautifully on it's own as presented. Great job!
