I think the falls are pretty and have possibilities. This is my take, there is to much space in the image that does not add to the falls. I would be tempted to focus tighter on the lower pare of the falls and cut out most of the water and the empty area on both sides. Just my opinion.

Looks good to me. The colors are natural and the shutter speed works well.

I saw the previous post but didn't get a chance to comment. I think I like the crop in the previous version better, but the color looks better here.
