Lotus flower from my golf club water pond (after some adjustments in Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10). Since I've not much experience in this kind of flora photography, I'd appreciate comments and suggestions to this photo..

You've done a great job on this lotus. Like the soft vignette and the sharpness of the center, as well as placement in the frame. All work well to present this lotus in its best light. Gorgeous!

Love the details at the center of the Lotus, Miro. I'd prefer a less obvious vignette.

My thoughts mirror's Ram's. Love the comp and center detail and color, but I find the vignette a little much for my tastes.

Wonderful shot Miro. Great comp and wonderful use of light and vignetting. One of your best, IMO.

Lotus blooms are so interesting. You've done a great job showing off the center surrounded by those soft pink petals. I also like the gentle vignette. While this is an excellent image as presented, it might be worth toning down the brightest yellows just a bit, the stamen seem slightly blown to me, if that can be done without significantly darkening the yellows on the left.

I like this a lot as presented Miro. My personal taste suggests toning it down a tad, but subjective.
Well done!

Expertly done! The reverse vignette works very well here to create a high-key presentation that accentuates the center of the flower effectively. It's maybe a bit strong, but otherwise I have no nits.

I like lotus flowers and this is one up there with the best. Beautiful details in the center and surrounded by soft vignette at the periphery. :toast:
