Pale sunrise

Eastern Sierra, spring. No dramatic sunrise, but I ended up liking the atmosphere, serene and quiet.

C&C always appreciated.

Vlad, the subdued colors reflect the atmosphere of this calm morning impressively to me. I especially appreciate the tangible details in the foreground that make me feel like standing in the middle of the scene.

Vlad,

Definitely a quiet and peaceful mood here. The big cloud hovering over the Sierra really solidifies the composition for me. Not quite sure about the brush at the bottom, but all is arranged pretty nicely that I can't suggest anything. Nice work.

This one rocks Vlad. I'm really impressed with how you held the mood of the place in the processing. Two big thumbs up.

The comp colors and light are all very nice. My only thought might be to pull down the lighter areas of the sky a bit to add some additional color.

This is an outstanding image. I love the subdued color palette, the depth of field and the comp is spot on. I don't know what you did in processing...I'd like to hear about it...but is very nicely done!!

Love the foreground brush and stream, and that unique cloud seemingly draped across the sky. Almost like a tunnel stretching back to the mountains. Nicely done.

Vlad, the atmosphere of this is much different the pretty sunrise shots I've seen from here and separates it from the rest. Check your sky - I think some dust up there! :toast:

A beautiful shot Vlad. Wonderful processing and detail, particularly in the fg. I thought the sky between the mountains and cloud seemed a bit bright, but not much. Excellent work... large version is awesome!
