This one shows a part of a stone in the Simplon area in switzerland. I thought this patterns and details quiet interesting. This is manually blended for DOF in photoshop Cs5.

I like the mix of colors in this, as well as the textures. The large version really shows these off well! Beautiful detail shot.

Bill, This is pretty amazing to look at. The patterns, textures and color look fantastic in the large version! Kind of reminds me of a satellite view of earth. Very cool.

These almost seem like lichen continents in an ocean of stone. Very enjoyable abstract. For all the lichens I've seen, they rarely have this much variety.

I like all the colors. It also looks like Africa (on the left) may be about to plow into Asia (upper right).
