Clair de Lune

A magical evening on the Crozon peninsula. I had hoped to photograph stars but a light sea mist floated in at sunset obscuring the view of the sky. It was a blessing in disguise. I was able to photograph a combination of afterglow and moonlight on the cliffs over an eight minute exposure. Interestingly all the flowers are tack-sharp, their average positions being recorded. What I didn't realize was that there are town lights on the horizon that would have ruined my attempt at star trails anyway.
