This is the second part of my recent series from the north coast of Sardinia, Italy. A view of the dunes near Porto Pollo, a few moments after sunset.

There is some marvelous detail here, especially in the larger image. It leads me to believe the downsizing has done serious damage here. As is, I can't get excited about this. I would love to see this in a gallery view and hopefully change my mind.

Not as much to capture my interest in this image but still some very nice detail. The colors are very nice from the pastel sky to the burning grasses.

Peter, I really love the foreground and detail here. I think I might bring something just a little more in texture in the sky, but this is pretty serene as it stands.

Very nice colors Peter! The pastels work very well. I like the fg composition - the yellow/orange plant on the right and the bush on the left are a good start into the scene. Further into the image, there is not so much to hold my interest, but I like the atmosphere. It conveys the mood of a sunset in the mediterranean very well.

I really like the color palette here Peter. I think a bit more contrast in the sky might make this one even better.

Love the details in the foreground and the pastel colors. There is something missing in the mid ground though...but still is a beautiful image
