Bridge and Storm

This old bridge hasn't seen any use in some time. Both ends are barricaded to prevent it. A paved highway now runs closeby. This was a great day of scattered thunderstorms, few of which provided much in the way of precipitation. Several of Northern California's many fires started as a result (7/23/12). I was wishing for a fuller rainbow, but again, precipitation was limited. I enjoyed the cloud formations, the rain and virga streams, and the partial rainbows, with lines from the bridge leading through the meadow and trees to the sky.

D300, Tokina 12-24 @15, F13, 1/125, ISO 200. Can't remember if I used a polarizer. Comment and criticism are highly appreciated.

Neat collection of lots of interesting elements -- color, textures, weather -- all tied together with great leading lines.
I hope more of that rain reaches the ground soon.
