Late Afternoon Pano

I posted a pano of this same shot a little while ago taken at sunrise. This image was taken at sunset. Completely different lighting. I almost took some of the saturation out of this image some, but decided not to. This is the lighting almost no processing except combining the 5 images into a pano. This is 80% of original pano. Some taken off top and bottom. It is amazing how different the light can be just as the sun comes up and when it is just going down. Thanks for your comments and critiques. I realize the limitations on size when posting a pano.

Canon 40D
Sigma 70-300
All settings on manual
Shutter 1/20 and 1/30
Aperture F13
ISO 100

That's some sweet light and the pano format works great with this subject. A very fine image.

Wow! Talk about being at the site at the right time of day! No wonder you thought about removing some of the saturation. This is so other-worldly. I really like this shot!!

Beautiful image! Would be really neat to see it larger! I love the uniformity of the sunset lighting as well as your composition with the weight of interest on the left.

Really beautiful light. I also love the pano format but wish there were a bit more room at the top. Fine image

Is that lupine at the base of the formations? Really lovely!

The light color at the base of the butte is snow.
