California Sister

From about 8 years ago when I picked up my first DSLR, the Canon 20D.
I had started with a little Fuji 3mp, and began to learn the basics.
Once I took the leap, it opened up a whole new world of course.
F/10, 1/500th, ISO 400, Sigma 150mm with fill.
Made on 9-13-05 during my first month using the new gear.

Howard: You got off to a good start with this one. I like the comp and placement and orientation of the butterfly. An oldie and a goodie. >=))>

Hey, Bill stole my comment - an oldie but a goodie. Excellent comp, vivid color, and excellent subject detail. I certainly see why you kept the fine BF image, Howard. :toast:
