Three Raw exposures for DOF, hand blended in PS CC, processed in LR5, TK resize/sharpening for web. Canon T3i, 1/25 s, f/8, ISO 200, EFS 10-22 @ 13 mm, CPL

Ooh, that's a cool looking canyon. The image is a fascinating study of lines and textures. Nice choice of foreground. Beautiful subdued colors. Very well done.

Yes, the color bands were subtle, and I wanted to increase the contrast and saturation in those areas to make them, you know, "pop" a bit more (as we say), but my wife wouldn't let me.

Well composed to prominently show the marbleized rock for which I assume the place is named, Ron. Nice color/contrast, IMO. I've been to Death Valley, but never to Marble Canyon. Need to check this place out next time I get there.

Strong comp and I like the subtle banding patterns. Might have more pop with more contrast but I like this very much as posted.
