Good looking hawk. Very interesting pose. It looks like the critical focus was on the chest. The head/eye is a bit soft. I'd also look at bringing down the overall exposure a bit.

Hi Jefferson, I agree with Keith's assessment, but also might boost the contrast and add some saturation. The colors seem a bit flat to me.
