Pre-orbital Gland
by Ken Watkins
Here is a Dikdik, using its pre-orbital gland to mark a piece of grass in its territory, this always looks painful to me.
Taken in Ruaha National Park, Tanzania a fine place for Dikdik.

2 commentsI think you are quite correct in suggesting more DOF , I had plenty of shutter speed , bit I always think that starting at F2,8, that F5,6 should give me plenty.
I now tend to use a higher F stop, now that higher ISO's are available that work OK.
