Interesting capture you managed here. Just a reminder that posting all of your techs will asset in a critique. Not sure what the shutter speed was, but it may not have been sufficient to freeze the motion of the head and body. The wings are blurred a bit, which is fine. The image also looks a little over saturated to me. I do like the splash behind the pelican and the beautiful outstretched wing.

Nice action capture. I also recommend a bit faster shutter speed, although I recognize this is always a challenge with at action photo.
