This is a very nice image. Love Cade's Cove! Great fall colours accented by the wonderful mist.
The placement of the house in the frame is fine, but might be a better presentation if it were further right, it's facing toward the left. But you might have chosen this present orientation to catch more of the dramatic mist.

Don, Welcome to NPN! I hiked in the Smokys for the first time this past fall, just prior to the fires. Your image represents the beauty of the Smoky area well. I agree with Sandy that positioning the house a bit more to the Rt may highlight the "see through veil" mist that appears right about the house. Wondering what techs you used? Pleased you joined our network and look for to more interaction.

Wow, nice post Don. Welcome to NPN. This is a nice nostalgic look at history. I like the mist and the bright cottage under the hillside of colorful trees.
