I liked the water on this one. Processed using Lightroom CC (2015) and Photoshop CC (2017) along with Light Craft's LightZone. Comments and critiques welcome.

Really nice water, I might be tempted to take some off the top for a more pano crop.

An extremely nice capture of this interesting duck, Jerry!  The exposure is perfect, with no blown highlights yet plenty of detail in the dark feathers.  The reflection and beautiful colors and striations of the water are a nice bonus.  Well done! devil

Jerry,
I like it as well, looks much better in the large size.

If i were to be really picky I might try to do something about the small white patch at the bottom right?

Nice one jerry
Agree about  removing the small white patch. Love the colours and reflections on the water. I do a lot of water stuff and the effects that come up on water never cease to amaze me.
Attractive shot

Really nice detail in this Jerry and the water looks fantastic. I also would remove the oof white in the foreground. The only nit I have is that it seems pretty dead centered. Maybe add some room to the right if you have it. Cool frame!

The water is awesome in this shot, Jerry. The image is sharp as a tack. It looks like you may be able to bring out a tad bit more detail in the bright area of the head. Beautiful image as presented!!!

Jerry, the water patterns and colors certainly complete this image.  Nice to have the wigeon's green plumage echoing those lovely tones.

That is gorgeous water, Jerry.  I think a bit more of it in front of the duck would be nice as he feels a bit crowded there.

The water on this is real nice Jerry.  I like the way it mirrors the green patch on the head of the Widgeon.  The undulations of the water and the golden tones they capture are real fine

Thanks everyone for all the comments. I got rid of the spot and added a little more space on the right.
