Neat shot!  I like your point of view here and the nice detail in the underside of the mushrooms, not always easy to get.  The BG works well also, sets the mushrooms off very well.  Thanks for sharing.

Ditto to what John said, and the lighting also is important in making this look good.  I sometimes have to use reflectors to accomplish shots like this.
