I'm interested in converting one of my camera's to IR.  I like the look and feel of this.  I might clone the contrail and the tips of the trees lower left. Definitely a cool look.

IR does add an interesting twist. I like the elements, but might crop a bit tighter to bring out the Sisters a bit more.

I like the IF/BW processing, Alberto. Really brings out the clouds in the sky and light on the trees. I also like the comp with the tree top view toward the Sisters.  I agree with Gary's suggestions re the contrail and tree tips on the bottom left. Very nice image overall.

The IR look is interesting, but the shadows in the forest lack any detail. The mountains and the sunlit trees look nice, and I like the drama in the sky.

Alberto,

Thanks for posting the larger view here because the smaller original seems to have lost most of the shadow detail.

I didn't realize this was IR until I returned to this a second time. What I was thinking the trees were simply Larch trees; this could easily be a straight b&w presentation.

With the exception of the one contrail, I'm loving the sky; clouds are excellent and the contrast is perfect.

The only suggestions I have would be either a slight crop or clone to deal with the tips of a couple of trees along the bottom left edge.  Also there's the larger tree along the bottom; I would would burn that down a bit. I don't think cropping is a good option.  Just a thought.
